I have watched you in Dreamkeeper and thought you were just great and I bought the DVD Bury my Heart at Wounded Knee, and your part playing Sitting Bull was absolutely outstanding, the whole movie was very moving and emotional and I cry each time I watch it. I just watched your "True Heart" film, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've seen you in other movies and I enjoyed them as well. Ever since my college years I've found the history and culture of the Iroquios to be fascinating. Indeed, when I had my history seminar about Ethnic Minorities in United States History, I did my project on the history and development of the League of the Six Nations. I graduated from college in 1974, and I'm still researching and writing about your people. I have considered writing a book using all of the material that I have gathered over these many years, but I'm not sure whether I'm up to such a task. I'm also very glad to see so many Native Americans portraying such an accurate and positive image of our forgotten Native American heritage. Please keep up the good work. I shall continue to enjoy them and honor your people. Reply if you wish; I would enjoy hearing from you.
