I enjoyed getting to know Augie at The Guthrie Theatre. Augie, Jim !Blendick, Len Caribou, and many others made that year a lot of fun for everyone. I truly enjoyed his performances over many years. He spoke with deep feeling and joy of his family. I am so sorry for your loss of him. All tthe best to you all.

August was awesome as Sitting Bull in the movie Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee". I'm sad to see that I'm only just now learning about him.

I have a deep respect for Mr. Schellenberg and was especially touched and affected by his role of Chomina in Black Robe, a role acted so powerfully that I can not watch the movie without being moved.
That is special legacy from a special actor and a beautiful person.
